All products listed on our website are handcrafted and may have slight variations, making each piece unique. The images displayed are for reference only and may not perfectly match the final product.

2. Payment and Orders
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days after production. Production time is up to 5 business days. The Dana Gallery LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns and Damages
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos to initiate a claim.

5. Warranty
The Dana Gallery LLC offers a limited warranty for all products against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 daysfrom the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or care.
• Normal wear and tear, such as fading or minor scratches.
• Issues resulting from exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., humidity, sunlight).

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@thedana.art with a description and photos of the issue. Warranty claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
